Design, develop, and implement assessment tests tailored to evaluate candidates' skills accurately for various job roles. 2. Conduct thorough analysis of test results, leveraging data to enhance the accuracy and reliability of assessments. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to gather insights that inform the continuous improvement of assessment strategies. 4. Maintain a comprehensive feedback loop, ensuring that test methodologies align with industry standards and the evolving needs of the job market. 5. Monitor and report on assessment performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current testing practices. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in assessment design to ensure PrimePathway remains at the forefront of candidate evaluation. 7. Assist in the training of team members and stakeholders on assessment tools and methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: - A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in assessment design or a related area within HR or recruitment. - Familiarity with various assessment tools and methodologies. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating assessment processes clearly to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in using data analytics software or tools for assessment evaluation. - Knowledge of psychometric principles and their application in candidate assessment. - Prior experience working in a remote team environment. - Certification in assessment and evaluation or HR-related certifications would be an advantage.
